Third points: the supporting wheel, the sprocket installation bolt, the track plate bolt, the driving wheel mounting bolt, the walking pipe bolt and so on, because the machine is easy to shake because of vibration after long time work.

For example, if the track bolts continue to operate under the condition of loosening of track bolts, it will even cause gaps between track and bolts, leading to cracks in track plates.

Moreover, the gap can also increase the bolt hole between the track and the rail chain, which leads to the serious consequences of the failure to fasten the track and the track chain. Therefore, the bolts and nuts should be checked and fastened regularly to reduce unnecessary maintenance costs.
